No matter the spelling it does not take two brain cells to rub together to understand the N word is not appropriate at a government county meeting let alone in a civilized Northern California society.
Yet Shasta County Supervisors, Red White and Blueprinters "3 horsemen of destruction" as well as The State of Jefferson folks seem to have a problem with rules that forbid harmful words being used in county meetings including the N word, and stated they would not recognize or obey a supervisors meeting due to any "code of conduct."
I wonder if folks from State of Jefferson, Militia and Michael Johnson, Sheriff of Shasta County have a problem with the murder of Leo Coleman Jr, a black man found hanging from a tree in Anderson California some years ago?

R.V. Scheide confronts supervisor Patrick Jones about the lies told at his town hall.
“Mr. Jones, you know that Mr. O’Donnell didn’t talk to anyone at Mesa County,” I said. “That’s according to the DA. What do you have to say to that?”
“R.V., I’m not going to talk to you,” Jones said. “You’re a trespasser, you should be having some legal issues soon.”
“Oh, you’re talking about the time you called the sheriff on me about your hog farm?”
